To All Motorcycle Riders: On behalf of the Red Knights Motorcycle Club, Alabama Chapter 2, and the Hoover Firefighters Association Local 4035, we would like to invite you to come out and ride with us. On October 10, 2009, the Alabama Fire College will host the Fallen FF Memorial Ceremony at the Alabama Fire College campus.  We are planning a ride from Birmingham to Tuscaloosa.   If you would like to ride with us, there is no charge.   However we are asking for donations ($10.00 per person if you would like) due to the Fallen FF Memorial has no funding set aside for maintenance and upkeep. Last year we had approx, 35 bikes and donated $400.00 to the Foundation. We will be leaving Cracker Barrel located at Hwy 280 & I-459 at 0815 hours on Saturday, October 10th.   Please be fueled up and ready to go at 0815 hrs.   If you would like to eat at Cracker Barrel prior to the ride, we will be meeting there at 0700 hours to eat. We will ride to the Alabama Fire College via I-459 South to I-59 South.   We will stage at the Winn-Dixie on Hwy 69 which is at the entrance to the Fire College.   Once staged, we will ride in together and there will be dedicated parking for all bike. The ceremony will start at 1030 hrs and last approximatley one hour.   Please come out and ride with us. We are looking forward to seeing you.
